  • In our professional opinion, it takes around 3 months to start seeing noticeable results.

  • Depending on your S.M.A.R.T goal(s), we recommend at least 2-3 days a week.

  • We ask that all of our clients have medical consent from their doctors to begin an exercise program.

  • Beginning a health and fitness routine is a serious commitment where you must be mentally and physically ready to make a change. Although it takes around 3 months to start seeing noticeable results, S.M.A.R.T goal setting doesn't end there. After all, health and fitness should be a lifetime journey!
